Introduction
Being young in Europe
(different times and places - similar hopes, desires, challenges and ambitions?)
We dealt with the following topics online, working on several webquests:
- Being a student in (medieval) Europe
- The position of young women
- Growing by dancing / interpreting by dancing
- Generation conflict - generation contract
During a face to face meeting we worked on some of our Latin texts of this module of webquests by:
- inventing and performing a choreography on Latin texts of the medieval collection of poems "Carmina Burana"
- inventing an escape room dealing with the life and fate of Héloise, a young learned woman in Paris of the 12th century (Abaelardus, "Historia calamitatum").
- inventing an escape room dealing with the ideas of the Roger Bacon, an English philosopher and Franciscan friar of the 13th century (Roger Bacon, "Opus maius").
