4th students meeting (Venice / Portogruaro) (03-2020)

  • The fourth and last students meeting of our project should be the bridge to the third part of our project:

    preparing a debate "How much cultural learning can we afford?"

    And, of course, there should have been a lot of activities which should accompany this step - and there had already been activities to prepare this meeting:

    - a questionnaire, prepared by a group of students of Wilhelmshaven:

      questionnaire (Moritz, Tim, Knud)

    - cultural and ICT activities, prepared by the Erasmus group from Portogruaro:

    C5 ACTIVITY PLAN - STUDENTS MEETING - PORTOGRUARO .pdf

    - ideas how to carry out and document the debate, prepared by both groups

    But then, alas, the meeting had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, the booked train tickets had to be cancelled when first the Italian, then also the German school was closed.

    (an online greeting to Portogruaro in Italian, by Tara from Wilhelmshaven)

    Schools were closed, students and teachers strived to find ways to have lessons online;

    but we felt that - facing the situation with establishing "normal" currcular lesson plans as well - we couldn't do this big third part together just online, as it was based on several on site activities in Venice.

    Therefore we finished the project with a reflection on:

    "What can culture do to help us through difficult times?"

    (the Italian motto, written by Ann-Mariel)

    We collected examples of cultural online activties from our regions:

    And a colourful reflection during school closure in both countries:

    "What did ERASMUS+ mean to me?"
