During the week in Kassel students and teachers participated in other activities related to healthy food:

• Visit to an organic farm in Frankenhausen.  The visit showed the organic farming methods.  We were also aware of the effects of agriculture and farming on climate change.

• A workshop on food and paintings at Castle Wilhelmshöhe
