Creation of a mensa service by the students at INS Antoni Pous

The students from INS Antoni Pous took advantage of their experience working with the topic of healthy food in the creation of a mensa service for the academic year 2020-2021.
The mensa service that had been in service at school for years had to close due to safety reasons caused by Covid-19.
The students took the course on "Food Handling" and studied their previous analysis of the food served in the school mensa, done for the Highway to Health project. As a consequence they decided to include fruit in the menu as well as guten free options.

After the project meeting in Germany there have been some changes at the cafeteria at school - there are 2 meatless days a week
