We collected the recipes of traditional Hungarian dishes, starters, main courses and desserts.
In the 7th LTT we made a visit to Tihany, where students prepared traditional Hungarian pogácsa.
Spain
From the IES DE LLERENA we show you a sample of typical dishes from our county, Extremadura. Some of them you already tasted during your visit to our city, in may 2015.
TURKEY
Turkey also contrbuted to the recipe book of Spain.
In our last LTT in Hungary, we prepared some meals like mantı, çiğ köfte,dolma,sarma,börek from Turkish cuisine and organised a welcome dinner to the partners.
