    Strengths

What do you do well? What unique resources can you draw on? What do others see as your strengths?

    Weaknesses

What could you improve? Where do you have fewer resources than others? What are others likely to see as weaknesses?

    1. Good relationship between the partners, almost all the time.

    2. Good atmosphere, communication and collaboration between the teams during the LTTs.

    3. Large number of students involved in the project.

    4. Cultural diversity.

    5. The partners’ previous experience in European projects has been used positively.

    6. The teams were hardworking, thus we contributed to the production of a lot of materials.

    7. The use of ICT and mobile devices in the classroom and a lot of web 2.0 during the project activities.

    8. Every activity was planned in details taking the possible risks into account. The activities were aim-focused, so all LTTs  generally reached the aim.

    9. Every partner was open to innovation, using new methods and technology.

    10. The participation of parents and all the communities

    11. We became friends :)

    1. We should promote more communication between students.

    2. The duration of the project was too long but we needed this time because we had a lot of partners and we had a lot of activities.

    3. We didn’t make the LTT in Turkey (instead of Turkey we organised it in Hungary).

    4. In some partner schools it was difficult to run the project work together with the hard school work.

    5. In some partner schools, the coordinator was almost the only responsible person to do the project work. The team was weak or not sufficient.

    6. The poor English level of  some students and teachers made it difficult to communicate and to develop some activities.

    7. Facebook page was private.

    8. TwinSpace foruns weren't efficients

    Opportunities

What opportunities are open to you? What trends could you take advantage of? How can you turn your strengths into opportunities?

    Threats

What threats could harm you? What is your competition doing? What threats do your weaknesses expose you to?

    1. We learnt to work in teams with differents cultures and sometimes with different interests.

    2. The work done can be used in other projects (etwinning quality label, film festivals, Ecocentro, …).

    3. Students have shared important experiences  with  different institutions that could be an opportunity for their working life: Diplomat career; Government employee, self-employed  in the  tourism and food industry, or even in the field of photography, web designing, ICT jobs, etc..

    4. It was such a unique experience that it will trigger new ideas and projects at schools (we learned a lot about how to plan, organize and run a project, how to see the possible risks and take precautions, how to deal with problems during a project).

    5. The working methods and techniques used in activities, especially the ICT - web 2.0 tools - contributed to our school life. They will be used in lessons more often and will be integrated in the curriculum.

    6. We became aware of etwinning, which is a great opportunity to connect to Europe, make new and qualified projects and learn about new technologies used in education.

    7. Activities about the topic and themes of the project can be carried on and also integrated in the curriculum in the following academic year.

    8. Cultural experiences and awareness of other languages broadened the minds. All these will promote future relations and contribute to peace between the countries.

    9. It was an opportunity to improve the English of the participants (students, teachers).

    10. We had the chance to see and compare the weaknesses and opportunities of other educational systems.

    11. We should open Facebook for the sustainability of the project

    1. Excessive bureaucracy with project management: budget, financial rules and detailed reports.

    2. Some National Agencies have been slow in responding and clarifying emails with doubts.

    3. One of our aims was to create and improve the spirit of European citizenship and to know and respect different cultures but it couldn’t be reached totally because of  the disappointing decision of not going to Turkey.

    4. The duration of the project was a bit long.

    5. Because of weak teams in some partner schools the workload on coordinators was too much. In addition, we had to deal with both school work and project work at the same time. Because of this some work took more time than planned or we could not finish tasks on time.

    6. Sometimes students didn’t mix with the partners of other countries, we should find a way to choose them, so that doesn’t happen in the future.

    7. Some students are not interested in the topic of the project.

    8. Most of the students prefer other platforms to communicate rather than TwinSpace
