Accommodation: foreign students in host families and teachers in “Hotel Campus”
- 20.00 Teachers will have dinner in Torre a Mare at a typical Pizzeria “Il Ben Ser Vito” tasting the traditional Barese/Apulian cuisine (ST2.8)
After dinner a sightseeing tour long the sea shore drive towards BARI and a short tour of “BARI VECCHIA” by night.
The ESC team will stand for an official photo on the steps of Bari’s BASILICA l “St. Nicholas”

Thursday – 26 May
8.00 – Meeting point at Panetti Institute
8.10 – 8.30 The Italian headmistress Prof.ssa Ing. Eleonora Matteo meets the foreign guests in the School’s auditorium
8.30 – 09.10 Country, City and School presentations (ST1.3) of the foreign teams. (In 6 different class rooms max. 20 minutes for each country)
09.15 – 09.45 A brief tour of the Panetti Institute
09.45 – 10.15 Coffee Break
10.15 – 12.00 Plenary session: presentation of the works done by the teams concerning the project activities (each team should have max 15 minutes) ST2.2 / ST2.3 / ST2.4 / ST3.5)
12.00 – 13.30 Presentation of ecological garden and workshop (ST2.7)
13.30 Students go back to their host families
Teachers will have lunch at a nearby INN “Bar Chagall” (our Treat)
15.00 – 18.00 Coordinators’ meeting
17.30 Students and teachers will meet in FERRARESE SQUARE in the old town of Bari.
An exciting “TREASURE HUNT” in the l “Alley” (paths) of “BARI VECCHIA (the old town of Bari).
A tour among the beauties of Bari Vecchia (ST2.6).
A taste of the traditional Barese cuisine: “panzerotti, Focaccia, “Sgagliozze, pettole, etc…. (ST2.8).

A brief workshop on the phenomenea of Emigration “Where we all come from”
A buffet of typical Apulian food offered by the President of the local tourism Board Ing. Sabino Rutigliano.

Typical dinner at the “GAMBERO ROZZO” restaurant in the old town .
Saturday– 28 May
8.00 Meeting point at Pitagora Institute
8.15 – 9.00 A brief tour of the Pitagora Institute
9.00 – 11.00 Students work in international groups:
– “Workshop about Greenhouse effect and Energy Sources of the future” (ST2.2/ST2.3/ST2.4)
11.00 Coffee Break
12.00 – 14.00 Panetti Institute: students work in international groups:
– Robotics workshop
14.00 Students will eat at school (packed lunch)
Teachers will have lunch at a nearby INN (our treat)
15.30 – 17.30 Students work in international groups:
– Domotics workshop (I group)
– Ecological sign (II group) (ST2.3)
17:30 Students go back to their host families
19.30 Teacher will have dinner at Vincenzo’s house
Sunday– 29 May
Students:
– Visit and learning about environment and local culture with families (ST2.6)
– B-Geek Festival (optional)
– Traditional dishes tasting (ST2.8)
Teachers: 8.00 A daily tour of the foreign teachers through the Pearls of the province of BARI
