Learning to Sail 

June 2020 - July 2021 

"Sailing is a team sport. If one person doesn't pay attention everyone else will be affected immediately."

There is a lot you can learn on a boat. Sailing is team-building, trains concentration, teaches people to take care of one another, promotes detailed observation of your surroundings, etc. 

Starting in year 8 our PE teacher Markus Betz takes our students sailing on a yacht regularly. In groups of 7 they learn different manouvres and get better each time.
