An activity plan was designed  to get to know each other and build a strong team of professionals, discuss all aspects of the project, confirm roles and tasks of each partner, clarify financial and administrative regulations, plan all activities in detail and agree on specific review, evaluation and dissemination procedures and tools.  Having agreed on basic working rules and setting the clear time scale will help partners to monitor and measure the progress.
