Marja Juhola, the coordinator of our eTwinning project in Helsinki, was given some Erasmus+ funding to come Job Shadow  at one of our EOIs.

She came to EOI Hospitalet for three days (20 - 22 October 2021) , two of which she spent doing some class observation and taking part in lessons with our students. On her last day, we organized two different workshops at our school to exchange experiences and IT tools that work for us.

We concentrated on three different aspects of our teaching:

1- The use of Gamification in class

2- The different digital tools that we use

3- Fostering autonomy in our blended courses

We first gave her examples of what we do, and then she was the one providing us with information on what works for her.
