Explorando la diversidad en el nivel  B2.2

En esta parte del proyecto participaron los tres centros, cuatro  grupos de inglés  y dos de italiano.  

Palabras clave: mediar entre culturas/ geografia/ costumbres/ diversidad cultural/ gastronomia/ ecologia/ sostenibilidad/ economia/ lenguaje argumentativo/ capacidad de convicción/ fluidez oral y discursiva/ pensamiento círitico y constructivo.

PARTE 1: Mediación entre culturas y preparación para el debate. Sólo grupos de inglés!

             The Southern Helsinki Adult Education Centre and EOI Hospitalet

Two B.2 groups (English only) from  two different countries got to know each other, shared information about their own cities (Helsinki and Barcelona), first through a padlet and then having two online lessons together,  where they  exchanged information/ solved questions and recommended an easy  getaway from either Barcelona or Helsinki.  We had great fun and students loved to meet each other!

Some students  at the EOI Hospitalet, after having had the common online lesson with the Finns, sent them a further video activity recommending them a getaway. The Finns had already finished their lessons, so they couldn't do further work.

To prepare for this last part: Recommending a Getaway ( please note that convincing arguments are needed!), the students were given models of native speakers beforehand, which were discussed in class,  talking about the cities/ regions / countries  where they live. Find an example here:

El proyecto que hemos llevado a cabo dentro del marco “Exploramos la diversidad” realizado durante el curso 2020/2021 nace de una práctica para mi bastante habitual dentro del aula en niveles intermedios/altos para estimular el trabajo cooperativo y potenciar la expresión oral: el DEBATE.”
