    BEFORE THE PROJECT

     

    Project coordinators in all partner institutions informed about he development of the project in all schools’ communication channels and different teacher meetings. Teachers of different subjects and levels as well as students were involved in the outlining of project ideas and activities. Associated partners were contacted and also involved. This whole-school approach has lead to a feeling of belonging to the project of different stakeholders in and out of all partner institutions.

     

     

    AFTER PROJECT APPROVAL

     

    The approval of the project and its context, objectives, participants, activities, methodology, results and expected impact will be communicated in all schools’ communication channels (websites, blogs, newsletters, email, social networks, E+ corners), teacher meetings, in class with students and local and regional press. Also, local and regional authorities will be informed and involved.

     

     

    DURING PROJECT LIFETIME

     

    Before and after each LTTActivity in each partner school there will be communication of activities carried out in all previously referred schools’ media channels and regional media. After each LTTActivity there will be a meeting with the project teams and head of schools in each country and dissemination will be spread in all schools’ communication channels and regional media. Exploitation of results will be integrated in each schools’ routine as well as involving institutions in the surrounding community. For an effective involvement of all interested parties, materials can be translated into native tongues whenever considered necessary.

    Workshop Tools and Methodologies for DemEUcracy – sharing of methodologies and tools presented during the short-term joint staff training event.

     

    Presentation and offering of the story book A Path to Freedom in (pre-)primary schools and schools’and community libraries. Promotion of Quizizz digital game in order to allow classes to play it within their school curricula.

     

    2D and 3D versions of Liberty, by the Portuguese Graphic Design Professional course students.

    Creation of promotional products of Liberty (eg.T-shirts, bags, key-chains, etc.).

     

    The project’s anthem will be taught in music classes of all partner schools. Teaching material created (films and debates) will start to be used in classes within their curricula.

     

    Public sessions Be Active for DemEUcracy in the municipalities’ auditoriums The whole community will be invited to attend the students sharing their DemEUcracy for ALL experience so far.

    Following outputs will be presented:

    C2: Story book A Path to Freedom, Quizizz digital game, Liberty, the mascot

    C3: Photo exhibition and PPT Presentation (or other), raising awareness to the need to act against Human Rights’ violation. The project’s anthem will be sung.

     

    Application of questionnaires and disclosure of results on media channels in and outside partner institutions. Disclosure of the evaluation of the first year of the project. Meeting with coordinators and other stakeholders in order to make a difference and lead to change of practices.

     

     

    Teaching the Dance to Unite Nations in PE classes of schools and ass. Partners. Visit to (pre)primary schools share the calendar Let’s Be Agents of Change.

     

    Inclusion of The School Regulation in the schools’ official documents and posting on different spots of all partcipating schools. Sharing instruction with partners of how to create the Coding and Robotics games.

     

    Roboliberty and the School Regulation Game and the Democracy Globe will start to be used in different subjects integrated in their curricula and also in ICT, Coding and/or Robotics Clubs.

     

    Public sessions DemEUcracy in Our Hands in the municipalities’ auditoriums.

    The whole community will be invited to attend the students sharing their DemEUcracy for ALL experience. Apart from previous outputs already shown, the following new outputs will be presented:

    C4: Calendar and T-shirts Let’s Be Agents of Change Dance (and song) to Unite Nations

    C5: Roboliberty and the School Regulation Game and the Democratic Globe (in real or film)

    C6: Open letter will be handed to representatives of local government.

     

    Application of questionnaires. Disclosure of the final evaluation of the project. Meeting with coordinators and other stakeholders in order to make a difference and lead to change of practices. Results will be published in all media channels in and outside partner institutions.
