16.4.2 LA in Přimda - Polish experience

    "CLIL ACROSS THE BORDERS - ENJOY AND LEARN"

    Journey to Přimda

    On the 5th June 2022 our journey to Přimda has started. We had a break in Prague, an amazing city. We arrived in Přimda in the evening.

    Monday

    On Monday there was an official welcoming ceremony at school. Later, pupils in international groups desribed their dreams schools. After that, they presented their projects. Next, they took part in a variety of workshops for example they designed wooden photoframe, they made metal hearts, they painted linen bags, they made a figure of a man out of clay pots, they decorated different things and accessories made of wood or glass using different techniques. In the evening, they relaxed in a swimming pool.

    Tuesday

    We went to Pilsen. We visited the Museum of church art, where we took part in historical workshop, and the climbing wall.  We enjoyed it very much. In the afternoon we came back to school for workshops related to languages and literature.

    Wednesday

    We visited the History Park in Bärnau. We went on a tour through the park. We took part in historical workshops.

    Thursday

    We visited the Bohemian Forest House of Nature in Klenčí pod Čerchovem where we took part in workshops. We had lunch in the restaurant Chodská chalupa. We tried local food there. Later we took part in workshops in the Museum of Region Chodsko in Domažlice.

    Friday

    On Friday morning we took part in sport workshops at school. After lunch we evaluated the meeting in Přimda by creating lapbooks. Next we presented our lapbooks. Later we visited the House of Culture in Přimda. We watched diving photos exhibition and we voted for the best photo. After that, there was a closing ceremony in the House of Culture. In the evening we had a party in the gym.

    Saturday

    On Saturday morning we left the hotel. On the way home we visited Wrocław.

  • LA in Přimda - evaluation

    Gracjan

    I like the trip very much. Workshops were very interesting for me. My favourite ones were historical workshops in Bärnau. I met really kind and friendly people in Přimda. I made friends with Petra and Daria :).

    Bartek

    My two best workshops during our LA in Přimda were creating albums about favourite school subjects and archery. The nicest trip was our visit at Medieval village in Bärnau.

    I really enjoyed visiting Prague. We went sightseeing there on the way to Primda. During our stay in Primda I enjoyed a visit of the climbing wall. It was my first time. I became a fan of climbing. I liked workshops at school very much, especially making a figure of a man out of clay pots.

    Kinga

    I liked the most the visit of the climbing wall , sport activities and the disco. During the sports day we were able to play Czech sports games. I met a lot of new people and we all together had fun at the disco.

    I enjoyed a visit of the climbing wall a lot. I really liked the food at the hotel. It was delicious. I met amazing people. I really liked the disco. The atmosphere was friendly and the people were great and very kind.

    I enjoyed EVERYTHING during our international meeting in Primda. The meeting is engraved on my memory. I had a lot fun of the climbing wall on Tuesday. I met nice people and we spent great time together.
