    Process:

"Power of Youth" started in July as a draft project covering a topic of the TCA in Warsaw(Entrepreneurship in eTwinning projects) and initially it included partners from Poland,Croatia,Slovakia and France but later old partners were involved in it(Italy,Portugal,Slovenia,Turkey,Spain,Greece)

The project was developed step by step while in progress, constantly changing ,depending on its needs and the ability of students to assimilate all the information provided, depending on teachers' willingness to contribute with new ideas and many more things ,it is still being updated and changed just like a live organism.

Throughout the project all the partners, teachers and students must carry out the tasks collaboratively.

After introductory part when students were invited to Twinspace, profiles made, participants, schools, cities and countries introduced,a short ice-breaking activity  done, then Start of project survey, vocabulary brainstormed, logo chosen, interviews written,SDGs presented, busy X-mas time came full of festive tasks.

In January students started spotting issues around school that can be improved or changed to make it more sustainable.Transnational teams were formed, each member having different power/skill/trait needed for successful problem-solving.The power of the team member was described in a Flipgrid video. The teams were invited to partner's schools to deal with a problem.

Forums were created for teams communication in order to offer solution for certain issue and present it in a form of a comic (collaborative dialogue writing).

The outcome of this activity was a comic book that later could be used as a tool in other schools helping them to become "greener".

The best performed skills were awarded by a digital badge.(to highlight the importance of skills-based learning)

Each team had to create one badge.

Having found  solutions students  made campaigns at their schools to raise awareness among peers and teachers showing them results of their work.(photo exhibition, drawings exhibition, video ......)

In February students had workshops to show an example of circular economy(at the same time creating products for further phase of the project) and set a task for checking understanding of the process.By the workshops students stepped up recycling and boosted a truly European recycled waste market.

Now our students really wanted to apply what they learnt but every change needed investment so they decided to earn some money setting up a virtual shop(online store) where they could sell all they had produced. They used podcasts, jingles, augmented reality for advertising.(SUSTAINABLE KIND OF SELLING AND ADVERTISING).

To spread the word about importance of taking actions related to climate crisis and to draw attention on 17 SDGs on European level ,FB group is set up where students post examples of SDGs found in their national Literatures and Art as well as on Europeana digital platform.During April students worked in transnational groups each assigned two goals to deal with. The goal 19 was launched meaning -life without corona. They created lists with recommended readings and e-books with short summaries in their mother tongues and English.Art pieces were displayed in a gallery for each SDG.Graphic students from Bordeaux made book covers. For comprehension check on literary works quizzes were built. In May students and teachers did reflection and project evaluation.

In June everyone did the survey from the beginning of the project once again to get aware how much they have learnt.

They really made their school SDG's  come true or at least the first step towards it....

Dissemination of their work and impact will continue through E-book of comics, Collection of games on CE,

Recycled products, Campaigns ,web shop,FB group,

    on schools' web pages,in blogs,webinars.....

    Project preparation and communication:

As I already mentioned a draft of the project was made in Warsaw and further communication between founders(Croatia-Poland) was using gmail, sending messages in eTwinning Live, through Twinmail and another way to get in touch was Whatsapp.Trying to find the best way to communicate with partners from 9 countries and 13 schools we tried Forum, mails, journal, bulletin,Twinmail,Messenger but we prefer the fastest one-our Whatsapp group.

Students and teachers took place in video-chat sessions,

where teams had the opportunity not only to speak but to see their teammates from abroad, whom they knew via collaboration in international groups.

Students were encouraged to use Twinspace forum for communication where certain threads were created to help them interact.

Communication was a constant element of the project and it fostered collaboration. It allowed to implement the activities in the involved schools at the same time and to achieve the planned learning outcomes with great satisfaction for both students and teachers.

    Methodology/Trends:

-PBL (students got fact- based tasks, problems to solve and worked in groups)

-skills based learning in transnational teams

-digital badges for recognition of 21st century skills
