During our Erasmus week about "Transforming Europe through Artistic Visions of War and Peace", art teacher Dagmar Bieniek from Essen is going to offer a workshop on the design and effects of European war and peace memorials. The students will make their own peace memorial with 100 individual plaster cubes that symbolize the destruction of WWI, the hope of armistice in 1918 and the memories we share in 2018.
