The questionnaire for school professionals at the beginning of the project and after its completion will measure the effectiveness of implemented methods at students at all participating schools.
The content of the first Questionnaire applied in January 2016 at all participating schools:
1. ADJUSTMENT METHODS FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS TO WORLD OF WORK
(1st application at the beginning of the project January 2016)
This Questionnaire is conducted as a part of the project My work is my future with aim of getting knowledge and frequendcy of usage of various methods in everyday work with students with special needs due to easier adjustment to world of work.
The results of the Questionnaire will be used to evaluate the application of the new working methods on the school personnel and students who participated in Erasmus+ project "My work is my future".
The informationn in the questionnaire are confidential.
The questionnaire consists of two parts:
1. Part 1 - personal information
2. Part 2 - information of attitudes, knowledge and use of new methods
