THE PROJECT

  • The design of this project is focused on very precise and concrete specific objectives: reducing disparities, fostering the inclusion of different children and promoting their school success and their integration into working life through the use of innovative strategies and methodologies. which we consider to be a priority for our grouping in the development of new ways of teaching.

    Our main purpose is to respond to the lack of motivation of students with special educational needs that is directly associated with the failure of many of these students and, consequently, the lack of goals and reduction of their professional opportunities.

    We want to change the current paradigm. For this, we need to train teachers to include these students in their classes.

    We aim to demonstrate that students with various difficulties and deficits can have the same opportunities in achieving their goals. We believe that teachers who are more motivated, more cooperative and endowed with specific pedagogical tools and open to new teaching methodologies and strategies may increase the inclusion levels of students with special educational needs, thus improving their school results.

    We are convinced that the teacher makes a difference in the motivation levels of the students and the school results they get. In fact, teacher motivation and performance are fundamental conditions in the development of the teaching-learning process.

    On the other hand, the predominance in our Group of a student population so deprived and, inserted in familiar environments, often unstructured and that do not value the School, should be understood not as a fatality, but as a challenge and opportunity, aiming to change the How Education is SEN (Special Educational Needs): students who are more open to new experiences and the inclusion of difference will be better prepared to face the problems they are already facing today.
