Multiple Intelligences lessons, based on the theory of Howard Gardner and a standard test on multiple intelligences. Students did the personality test individually, analyzed their results and talked about how the experiment can be beneficial for them. In groups they created presentations about their type of ability, e.g. Language type, Maths type and the jobs which correspond to different abilities. Open lessons about intercultural communication based on the film Spanglish, where students actively participated in various activities and compared the three cultures – English, Spanish and Bulgarian. They discussed the ways to deal with people from other cultures. The lesson has been taught to classes 10A and 11A. Students in the project initiated The Students’ Council at school and suggested different initiatives to help students who are often absent from school. They organised 2 trips and a concert, which were interesting for their classmates and thus help problem students stay at school.
