We have organised activities to sensitize our students on aspects that may improve school atmosphere and activities related to social issues, in addition to those that make more effective the learning environment. Meetings with students and parents held by the local Police Headquarters. Their experts met our students and their families informing about the risks and the consequences of disruptive behaviour problems (drugs, alchool, crimes, etc…) We have involved students, teachers and parents in social activities, like Cancer Day, in February. The students sold oranges and money was donated to a local Cancer Association. Students also saw some stage shows at local theatres Our school has organized afternoon class tutoring for low-achieving students  to help them develop better learning skills.

The students attending first classes were given a questionnaire about study method and after that we organized workshop and practical students activities with implementing results of effective study methods held by an expert of ‘YOUR TRAINERS GROUP’.  The aim was to improve students’ reading skills in order to increase their level of understanding and concentration, to develop ability to create mind maps and ability  to optimise study time. This activity is going to be completed at the end of February and then an evaluation questionnaire will be given to them

Workshops for and seminars to  teachers  focused  on Special Needs Students  and on Early School Leaving Problems were held by two psychologists in two different sections: January 2015 and February 2016.
