    Sunday 8th April 2018
    7 p.m: Arrival of the French and Spanish groups     on a rented coach in Chełm (Aleja Armii Krajowej car park – opposite the Kamena hotel). 
    Picking up the French and Spanish pupils hosted by Polish families at     ZSEiM im. gen. W.Andersa w Chełmie. 

     

    Monday 9th April 2018
    8.00-9.00: Greetings, speeches, unusual welcome in the school hall
    9.00-9.30: Guided tour of the school in groups
    9.30-10.30: Integration activities in the gym or outside (depending on the weather) with PE teachers
    10.30-11.00: Lunch break
    11.00-13.00: I    ndoor project workshops in three groups:

    • Video group moderated Paweł Ciesielczuk – filming different aspects of school life, interviews etc. without forgetting to film the accessible features for handicapped pupils.
    • Audio group moderated Estibaliz de Miguel Valles – school audio interviews, recording Polish songs.  
    • Treasure hunt group moderated by Laurence Altibelli – treasure hunt preparation. 

    13.00-13.30: Plenary session for all the participants in the school hall to discuss the project activities and plans for the next day

    Tuesday 10th April 2018
    8.00-10.00: Outdoor project workshops in three groups in town

    • Video group moderated by Paweł Ciesielczuk – filming different aspects of life in Chełm, local attractions etc. without forgetting to film the accessible features for handicapped pupils. 
    • Audio group moderated by Estibaliz de Miguel Valles – town audio materials.  
    • Treasure hunt group moderated by Laurence Altibelli – local area investigation. 

    ​10.00-11.00: Visit of the museum of the city, Muzeum Ziemi Chełmskiej 
    11.00-13.00: Karaoke lunch at CRAZY HORSE PUB  
    13.30-14.00: A tour of the public library
    14.00-14.15: Plenary session     to discuss the project activities and plans for the next day at the public library 
    14.15-16.15: A Polish movie show in the public library in Chełm

    Wednesday 11th April 2018 (fun day)
    9.00-10.00: Visit to the local fire service station
    10.00-10.30: A climb to the top of the Bell Tower
    10.00-12.00: Visit to the Old Chalk Mine in Chełm  
    12.30-15.30: Paintballing and fire with roast sausages

    Thursday 12th April 2018 ​​​​​​​
    9.00-11.00: Visit to a water park and water activities
    11.30-13.30: Indoor project workshops in three groups

    • ​​​​​​​Video group moderated by Paweł Ciesielczuk – filming traditional Polish cuisine.​​​​​​​
    • Audio group moderated by Estibaliz de Miguel Valles – culinary audio materials. 
    • Treasure hunt group moderated by Laurence Altibelli – finalizing the treasure hunts. 

    13.30-14.00: Shared meal with typical Polish food in the school cafeteria and plenary session for all the participants to discuss the project activities and plans for the next day

    Friday 13th April 2018​​​​​​​
    8.00-9.30: Visit to the local university aviation center and flight simulator flights
    10.00-12.00: Treasure hunt for all the participants     in transnational teams (the competitive one and one for reduced mobility pupils). Before leaving school the participants have to upload     the Actionbound applications on their mobile devices and flash the QR codes. 
    12.00-13.30: Sport tournament at school
    13.30-14.30:     Prize ceremony for the treasure hunts, Europass mobilities and the Certificates of attendance giving. Official ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​farewell in the school hall.

    9.00: Departure to Warsaw on a rented coach     (Aleja Armii Krajowej car park – opposite the Kamena hotel) for the French and Spanish participants for Chopin airport.
