The project partners use the eTwinning TwinSpace for communication and exchange of documents and other materials. The contact persons communicate regularly with the TwinMail and their professional and personal emails too. They use Messenger to have immediate communication especially during the face-to-face meetings. They have synchronous meetings every two weeks.
Three transnational project meetings are planned:
- The first one was held in Limours in November 2017, France by the project coordinator. It was aimed at the headteachers (legal representatives), contact persons and two Pupil administrators. Its goal was first to officially launch our project with the presence of every formal instance, second clarify any project management and implementation points for Year 1 of the project, third to discuss budget management.
- The second transnational meeting will occur in October 2018, in Chelm (Poland). Headteachers (legal representatives), contact persons and two administrator pupils will meet up again to consider both the evaluation of the first year of the project and the unfolding of the project activities for Year 2 of the project.
- The third transnational project meeting planned to be in April 2019 in the Spanish school with the same guests will focus on the evaluation of the second year of the project and the completion of the final report.
By having the transnational project meetings in every country of the partnership, the headteachers have the opportunity to visit every school and explore more their school system.
Definition of a transnational project meeting extracted from the Erasmus+ programme:
