A.11. “WOMEN IN BUSINESS WORLD”
Students have found a business run by women initiative at a local, regional or national level and conducted an interview with them. Following the path of those women, students have looked for personal ideas to create a business. Each national team have made their own personal project idea to create a business/services/product and have presented it according to the format of SWOT annalisys. The presentations have been recorded in a video and presented at the bilateral meetings.Host and visitor students watched all the videos of the business from the six countries. The evaluation criteria were copied for bilateral meetings and delivered to the participants.
Students and teachers gave feedback about each project idea according to the evaluation criteria. The feedback was written in a word document. A jury formed by ten students (5 host and 5 visitors) and 2 teachers (1 host and 1 visitor) have nominated each of the six product/services presented in one of these categories:a) best presentation, b) best product/service, c) most original idea, d) most real budget (based on reality), e) best analyses f) best dissemination of the product (logo, slogan,…)

2nd part: Interview business woman:
Together with the visitor students, national students conducted an interview with the chosen business woman according to questions below and recorded it as a video.Interview questions for the business woman were:
- Could you give us some information about yourself and your background? What were you doing before establishing your own business?
- How did you decide to do your own business?
- How do you see the entrepreneurship climate in your country, in the world?
- How is it to be an entrepreneur as a woman? Did you face negative or positive sides of it?
- Do you think being an entrepreneur as a woman is different in your country than the world?
After the interview, students answered the following question: “What was the most impressive point(s) you learnt from the interview?” .
