    FRANCE

    Croissant:

    INGREDIENTS:

    - 500g flour

    - 180g soft butter

    - 15g  baker's yeast

    - 50g sugar

    - 28 ounces of milk

    - 10g salt

    - 2 tablespoons of water

    - 1 egg

    PREPARATION:

    - Put the flour, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Measure 300ml cold water into a glass, add the yeast and then mix it. Make a hole in the flour and pour it in the liquid. Mix, then knead the preparation for 10 minutes. Make a boil's form, put in a bowl with a little of oil, cover and let it getting cold for at least 2 hrs.

    - Put the butter between the two sheets of baking paper. Use a rolling pin, hit it and roll it into a rectangle about 20 x 15centimeters. Wrapp it in the baking paper and chill it.
