Dissemination

    PROJECT DISSEMINATION

    DISSEMINATION COORDINATION: IES Geneto, SPAIN

    DISSEMINATION RESPONSIBILITY: Each participating School

    Unlike other tasks for which other partner countries were responsible, the responsibility assigned to Spain has not been possible without the full collaboration and contribution of each partner in relation to dissemination activities in their specific country. Both the elaboration of the General Plan and that of the different Dissemination Plans at each associated school have a lot to do with the contributions of each country, depending on their reality, after the corresponding SWOT analysis and taking decisions regarding the target audiences, as well as the formats and channels chosen.

    In order to have an effective dissemiantion, it was decided that every partner institution was responsible to disseminate the Project objectives and results:

    - Inside their school: school staff, school associations, students, parents. etc.

    - Outside their school: local, regional, national and international contacts.(press, other schools, colleages, institutions, etc.)

    DISSEMINATION OF OUR PROJECT

    A big part of our work is the dissemination of the project. Dissemination is sharing the success and results of an Erasmus+ project with as large a target audience as possible. Bringing our project to the attention of others has repercussions on other organisations and will help boost the visibility of the schools conducting this project.

    This way, dissemination and exploitation of results plans can help maximize the effect of the activities being developed so that they will impact on the immediate participants and partners for years to come. That impact is the effect that the activity carried out and its results have on people, practices, organisations, etc.

    In order to promote our Erasmus+ funded project and reach the targeted population and the widest audience, every partner country was asked to promote the creation, development and implementation of communication campaigns, and, specifically, a set of Project dissemination materials and activities, according to each country’s expertise and the resources available at each school location.

    This would include:

    • Writing of the dissemination / exploitation and replication plans by each partner country;
    • Design of dissemination materials by all the partners together (Students designed our Logo in a logo competition, for instance), or by each partner separately (leaflet, infographics, posters, roll-ups, etc.) and actions (staff and community meetings, newsletters, press releases, interviews, social media pages, etc.) ;
    • Design, maintenance and updating of common TwinSpace pages on eTwinning, and the school or Project website when possible, depending on the expertise and availability at each partner location.

    Planned dissemination and exploitation activities at each partner location could ensure the best use of results at local, regional, national and/or European level based on the scope and size of the project.

    Specific and appropriate resources have been allocated to dissemination activities in each participating school.

    It was decided that we would be using all, or at least some of the following,  depending on the school:

    Title: Exchange teaches students to build sustainable. (May 1st 2019)

    Åtvidaberg
    They are not only taught to build sustainable for the future. They are also building new contacts and gaining new friends around Europe.

    It's about Bildningscentrum Facetten who together with high schools in Germany, France, Hungary and Spain has become a part of EU:s educational program Erasmus. Within the project Flagship, that stands for Flexible Accomodations Susatinability in Progress, students and teachers have focused on flexible construction with climate-, energy-, and water effective solutions, that are adapted for the different countries' needs.
    This Friday was the finale after one year's exchange. David Lindgren, who goes his second year on natural science program on Facetten, has been apart of all the trips. He has visited schools in Spain (Teneriffe), Hungary, France and Germany and like his teachers he's been able to build contacts within Europe.
