The Team

The Spanish team consists of three teachers who come from different fields of education and have been working together from the start during this two-year project. The team has been meeting once a week to coordinate all regular tasks.

The responsibilities were divided into:

• Main Erasmus+ coordination, Budget control and administration, and Building Construction contents: Antonio J. Cruz
• Student selection, Media relations, Project dissemination, and Technological contents: Rosa M. Linares
• Student work coordination, International meetings planning, English language contents: F. Javier Acosta

Erasmus + project application and implementation: All the team

Area of Responsibility

Spain was in charge for the dissemination of the project. Even though we are customed to having Erasmus project, this was the first time we were responsible for this area. We quickly realized that dissemination is something that all countries need to work with, and can not solely be done by us. 

However, we feel that all the countries did a good job at dissemination, or spreading, the project. We also feel like we did a good job of communicating the importance and helping our with any question either country might have.
