As this project is concepted for two years, we needed a huge internationale team to divide all necessary responsibilities and to manage a good workflow in between these years of hard work. 

Germany as the project initiator is responsible for the budget control.

France is resposnsible for the time management, this means that they are in charge of timings, deadlines and send reminders to all schools if necessary. 

For raising higher awareness of the project and being visible in the important media, we selected Spain as the main country that has to focus on this task. 

Sweden is responsible for risk management in terms of preventing possible risks and deescalating risk that have already occured. 

Last but not least the Hungarian team is responsible for the quality management. This means they have to evaluate all meetings considering the time schedule, the outcome and the personal students development (e.g. language skills, international competences, etc.)
