Three Spanish students spent September and October 2019 at Gymnázium Frýdlant nad Ostravicí.
They wrote about their stay a short article:
"Well, to introduce ourselves, we are María, Irache and Claudia, the 3 Spanish students who had the oportunity of studying 2 months in the Czech Republic.
We have been here for a month, and in these 4 weeks we have improved our English, made new friends and we have also got into the Czech culture.
In this time, we can say that Spain and the Czech Republic are quite different, for example; talking about food, they have less variety than us (they do not eat fish and Spanish people eat it twice a week) and there are some education differences such as timetables (because they start at 8 a.m. and they have a 10 mins break between lessons) and they last just 45 minutes.
Despite this differences, we were able to adapt us here and we are really having fun but at the same time we are learning new things.
We hope this project will give this chance to other students for many more years."
