A Proposal for a better town in Mafra

For each problem found in Mafra during Phase 1 of the Project, students presented some solution implementation for the designing of a better portuguese town.

Using the SketchUp Tool, the solutions for air and noise problems were incorporated near the National Palace of Mafra where the problems next to the UNESCO World Heritage are bigger.

The making of our new town, by using SketchUp, can be seen in this video.

Later on, the SketchUp work was imported to Twinmotion.

The buildings were printed in the 3D Printer bought with fundings of this project:

Then, with the 3D building models a Scale Model of the Mafra area to be improved was created:
