COVID-19 Pandemic changed everyone's life around the World and major changes were made in all institutions. Schools were shut down and teaching and learning was done online. All extracurricular activities were drastically reduced, leading to the majority being cancelled. It was a totally different experience for everyone!

So, although students and teachers of all four schools had been preparing their work to be shared in the Transnational Meeting, the 3rd Short-term Mobility to Portugal, scheduled for May 2020 was cancelled.

The EU authorized project duration extensions. All MyTown2020 partners agreed to that, hoping that the 3rd and 4th Short-term Mobilities to Portugal and to Finland could take place until 30/06/2021 (end of the project).

Due to this unfortunate worldwide pandemic situation, Dissemination Events, at the end of the 2nd project year and  similar to those in 2019, were cancelled.

Afonso and Rodrigo, two of our hard working group of students who had not yet participated in a Transnational Meeting, expressed their feelings and Erasmus+ experience in this video, that is surely shared by the rest of the Portuguese group. It was presented during the Erasmus Days 2020.
