During the two years Project most of the teachers at Seis de Diciembre school are participating in a training formation in order to:

• learn how to work emotions at school. Recognition and management of emotions by our pupils to solve conflicts and improve a better convivence at school.
• organize activities with pupils to work "Emotional Intelligence" .
• elaborate posters, murals etc for the VAN exhibition.
• prepare a video for introducing our school to the other partners.
• agree which classes are going to establish a connection with other schools classes and prepare with the pupils what they want to know and ask to children from other countries.
• learn how to use E-twinning platform.
• discuss about the Art Guideline in order to coordinate with the other partners and to get a final result (comun contents, techniques, resources, methodology, etc.).
• agree which Spanish painters we propose to work and investigate for our children and the other partners.
• elaborate Art activities to integrate all children.
• organize the VAN Museum at school. Propose criteria to put in common with the others partners (meeting in Berlin).
• etc.

There is a great work thanks to the great number of teachers participating in this Seminar  (most of 50% of teachers staff) but also to the collaboration of teachers who are not included in this formation but are very interesting in their pupils to collaborate in these activities.
