VIRTUAL EXCHANGE timesheet.docx(3).pdf
Unfortunately, for Covid reasons, Italy couldn't host French and Polish partners as planned, but we had a great Virtual Week: 17 students from France, 14 from Italy and 18 from Poland were divided into three teams and did a lot of interesting workshops. They posted everything on theirTeamPadlet!
26th April 2021
The first day students introduced themselves in English using a Voki Character
They got to know each other better making a Canva poster and then they presented their work in English
Some examples:
They also had a cultural workshop: they learnt some culture differences using gestures and simple tongue-twisters
27th April 2021
On the second day students had a historical tour of Saluzzo and learnt about the importance of Coat of Arms as a way of communication. They also created their own one and showed it to their team members. Here some examples:
They had a cooking lesson: they prepared a sweet salami, a traditional recipe from Piedmont
And they took part to an Erasmus Escape Zoom

Musical Portrait:
Guided By an Art teacher, the students realized a musical portrait: they started with the face of their favourite singers printed in black and white and then they drew musical hair, made by colorful sound waves and notes.
Coding:
The students were introduced to the world of Coding. Since many of them play Minecraft videogame, a Minecraft app that gives the possibility to learn the basis of Coding was a good point to start.
Art Gallery : During the lockdown all the museums were closed. Since it was impossible to go to a real one, we decided to create our own Erasmus Gallery. Students chose the paintings the liked the most, and tried to remake them using objects (or animals!) of their everyday life. We are really proud of our Gallery!
30th April 2021
On the last day of the exchange we did activities that were connected to music, the main theme of the project.
Music Lab:
The students explored the app Music Lab Chrome Experiment, by which you can record your own song.
Body Percussion:
The students tried to use their hands and feet and bodies to reproduce the rhythm of a well-known song, Believer by Imagine Dragons. They have been pretty good, actually!
Tik Tok:
Everyone got involved in a big international TikTok dance, on the notes of Iko Iko, popular song of the moment. We danced all together at the same time, even if we were in front of a screen. It was a great way to remind us that music can really go over the borders, always.
