Morning: the participants visit the school and meet students and teachers
Roundtable: Evaluation of the third phase activities and writing of the questionnaire in view of the report due at the end of the phase.
Afternoon: Let’s discover the territory
Trip to “Langhe Region” to discover beauties of the local territory and enhance the sense of belonging to the group.
Wednesday 25th September
Morning: Music Workshop led by Ms Toselli
Afternoon: Roundtable-The IV Phase of the Project in details: Intellectual outputs, events, project activities included in the work Plan for the second year (see Project Gantt) and in particular discussion into details of:
- Agreements on the last short-term learning/training/teaching activity in Italy (C5)
- Final Erasmus Show organization
- Agreements on the recording of the project anthem in the recording studio of Fondazione Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale- APM- Saluzzo and about the Packaging of the CD/ USB pendrive (O1 product)
Thursday 26th September
Morning: Meeting with the accountant of the Italian school for a budget review (expenses incurred during the first year of the project)
Afternoon: Roundtable-Project Management:
- Discussion on project dissemination activities (Wiki website, agreements on how to implement the e-Twinning-platform)
- Partners nominate the evaluation commitee for special situations for the second year of the project and discuss about redistribution or confirmation of participants’ roles.
- Agreement on communication between meetings (time schedule for Etwinning Live calls during the second year)
