Montpellier, France -1^st-8^th October 2019

Tuesday, 1^st October 2019:

We arrive in Montpellier in the afternoon.

French teachers, students and families warmly welcome us. Then we go to their families.

Wednesday, 2^nd October 2019:

We are divided into four groups (French, Polish and Italian students are mixed into the four groups) and take turns to follow the different workshops.

We do workshops activities around music at school all day and we have lunch together at school.

Thursday, 3^rd October 2019:

Trip to Montpellier by tramway. In the morning we have a guided tour in the Opera of Montpellier.

Lunch in front of the "Médiathèque Pierresvives": lunch boxes

In the afternoon we take part to a country concert in the Médiathèque Pierresvives

Friday, 4^th October 2019:

Trip to Sete:

In the morning we go to a beautiful view point of the city, where you can admire the seaside.

-Picnic at the beach

-We visit “Espace Brassens “, a museum dedicated to one of the most famous French singers.

In the afternoon we walk around the "Street Art Route" in Sete and visit the MIAM, a modern art museum.

Saturday, 5^th October 2019 :

We spend the day with host families and our teachers visit the area.

Sunday, 6^th October 2019:

We all meet in the afternoon for a traditional music concert and dances.

Some students perform singing or playing. Then we have a buffet dinner.

Monday, 7^th October 2019:

Workshop activities at school in groups

• making instruments workshop

• Karaoke Live workshop

• Hymn workshop (singing the refrain)

• Playing the drums workshop
