    YOUNG EUROPEAN IMMIGRANT'S RIGHTS - DESIGNED BY THE "IWE"-STUDENTS:

    ARTICLE 1: EQUALITY

     

    Group 1. Equality 

     

    1.Everyone should have the right to marry whoever they desire and no individuals should come between that. 

     

    2.Everyone should be able to identify themselves as a third gender. 

     

    3.Everyone should have the right to practise whatever religion/believe they want to. 

     

    4.No one should be discriminated because of any differences. 

     

    5.It should be taken into consideration that disabled people need to have same opportunities than everyone else. 

     

    6. Every living being should be treated with care. 

     

    7. For everyone’s well being, humans should recycle their waste.

    ARTICLE 2: SOLIDARITY

    Group II


    1.Protection of young immigrants at work and prohibition of child labour

    The employment of young immigrants is prohibited under the minimum school-.leaving age, as to not interfere with the social- and physical development and their education. Young immigrants admitted to work must work in conditions that are appropriate to the age and physical and mental conditions and to be protected from many physical and mental hazard.

    2.Family and professional life

    Young immigrants are entitled for a stable home environment and social protection.

    3.Education

    Young immigrants are entitled for primary education so as, to equip them with basic life skills.

    4. Health care

    Young immigrants have the right to access health care and benefit from medical treatment.

    5. Social security

    Young immigrants are entitled to social security benefits in accordance with Community law within the European Union.

     

    ARTICLE 3: FREEDOM

     

    1.Life  

        Freedom of your own appearance. 

        Everyone has the right to choose their own place to live. 

    2.Education 

    Young people have the right to choose their own education path. The parents do not have the right to choose for their child. 

          Freedom of movement. 

    3.Religion 

          Freedom to believe in anything. 

    4.Relationship 

          The freedom to have a legal relationship with any gender. 

    5. Voting 

            The right to vote after you turn 16. 

     

    ARTICLE 4: CITIZENS' RIGHTS

     

    1.

    Everyone can be a candidate of the European Parlament, no matter what who is he/she and the European Parlament must be leected with a universal suffrage in a free and secret ballot 

    2.

    Every citizen has a right to vote and candidate on the same conditions, no matter what country he or she come from  

    3.

    Any citizen of the Union has a right to check the European Parliament, Council and Commision documents 

    4.

    Any citizen of the Union has a right to write a petition to European Parlament  

    5.

    Everyone of the European Union can be protected by the embbasy and others institutions in another country of the Union. 

    ARTICLE 5: JUSTICE

    ARTICLE 6: 

    1. If a person is getting bullied it shouldn’t be allowed to post videos of this on the internet because it may lead to them losing their dignity.  

    1. A person shouldn’t end up being someone else’s property and other people shouldn’t be able to tell another person what they are and are not allowed to do. (Except rules and laws of course) 

    1. Respect between people should be mutual and not one sided  

    1. If a person who works for a school disrespects a student there should be consequences 

    1. Physical and mental health support should be accessible to all students for free 😊
