Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, France, Poland and Spain will work together to explore the notion of "Identity" - both individual and collective - in a changing European world, focusing on inclusion through living together in the 21st century Europe and overcoming both socio-cultural barriers and differences. We will also dig into learning from the past to make the future better and work on integration and social link among people in Europe. Our work will also be a collaboration with the NGO "Terre des Hommes" who will work with us, assist and advise us in our cooperation.
