A workshop with Color Alive app. Polish team from RZESZOW
Right next to our school there is a very tiny but cosy library. We were invited there for a workshop that consisted of recognizing various characters for example mythical creatures, Barbie, coloring them using special crayons and then bring to life through the free Color Alive app. We practiced telling stories with these characters and even took “selfie” pictures with our favorite characters. Besides we had a special photo session with characters from the books on the book covers. At the end we made untypical bookmarks.

Polish team from RZESZOW
Last week Polish team from Rzeszów had a trip to the largest children's library in our region,i.e. the Children's District Library in Rzeszow. First we got to know the beautiful library rooms and the wonderful books for children and young people. Then we watched a multimedia presentation "Why should you read" and we actively participated in the discussion about the value of reading. Next we listened to the fragment of the book “Pompon w rodzinie Fisiów” read by the librarian. Afterwards we took part in a competition on proper book handling. In the end we watched with enthusiasm the most interesting books addressed to the young readers. Getting to know this library was a great and unforgettable experience for us.
The most important moment of our visit was an interview with Mrs. Hanna a librarian who patiently answered our questions. We are very grateful for all the information.
