Volcano erupts
Goal of the experiment: Observing how the effervescent reaction occurs after mixing vinegar with baking soda.
Materials needed: Metal cup, newspapers, vinegar, baking soda, red tempera
Steps of the experiment:
Prepare materials needed.
Build a "volcano" with newspaper and a cup of metal.
Pour vinegar over baking soda into the crater.
Pour a few drops of red tempera .
You can observe the effervescent carbon dioxide.
Preschoolers learn about reaction between two substances to form carbon dioxide.
