Name for the experiment: The electric dance

Goal of the experiment: To understand the phisycal process of electrification of the glass rubbed with a piece of wool and the influence of the rubbed glass over the thin paper silhouettes.

-aluminium foil

- paper silhouettes

- a piece of wool

Steps of the experiment: 

1. we take a flat wooden or carton box with the height of 4-5 cm

2. we pad the box with an aluminium foil

3. we make the silhouettes from coloured paper

4. we put the silhouettes in the box

5. we cover the box with the transparent lid

6. we rub the lid with the piece of wool

7. we see how the silhouettes start to move in the box
