Croissant
Goal of the experiment: Explaining the phenomenon of increase in volume of a substance mixed with yeast.
Materials needed:Flour, yeast, eggs, milk, turkish delight, sugar, baking tray, aprons, caps
The steps of the experiment:
-to prepare working materials
-to mix the ingredients
-to observe , describe and explain volume growth phenomenon in yeast dough.
- run the dough on the board.
-to fill the dough with turkish delight and obtain the croissant.
- explain changing appearance after baking dough.
Children have learned that by mixing the yeast in the dough increase in volume occurs. After baking the dough changed appearance and was good to eat.
