Sponge cake
Goal of the experiment:To observe how to prepare the dough and what properties it acquires after baking
Materials needed: - plastic pots,flour, yeast, water; salt, sugar, oil;
Steps of the experiment:
1. We take a plastic pot
2.we put somw water on the pot
3. add water, salt, sugar, yeast and oil;
4. its mix the dough until smooth;
5. cover the bowl with a towel and leave it to rise;
6. Shaping the dough into various shapes;
7. sit forms obtained in pan;
8. introduce pan in oven;
9. remove cake from oven and dusted it with sugar;
The mixture of ingredients produced easily molded dough, then baked it changes its properties becoming edible;
