Who absorbs water?
Goal of the experiment: Identification of water absorption property of solid substances
Tasks of the experiment:
To describe the appearance of things in the immediate environment.
To put these objects in the water.
To observe the object absorbed water.
To attend to explain the phenomenon of absorption.
Materials needed: Pots with water, cotton, sponge cork, textile material
Steps of the experiment:1. Put water in pots.
2. Choose objects of class.
3. Put the objects one by one in water bowl.
4. Note that the object has absorbed water.
Children observe absorption phenomenon that can have some substance. Some objects can absorb water differently, changing their appearance.
