Where is…?
Goal of the experiment:The dissolution observation of various substances in water.
Materials needed:Water, tubes, spoons, sugar, salt, wheat flour, hominy.
Steps of the experiment:Children will pour water in tubes and then they will put alternative, in one fine sugar, and in another one grains sugar, fine salt, coarse salt, wheat flour, and hominy finally. Mix well and children will observ what it’s happen. In case of fine sugar and a fine salt, the dissolution is fast; the grains sugar and coarse salt are dissolving harder, and wheat flour and cornflour are not dissolving in water.
In water can be dissolved solids different. Some of them can change the dissolution properties of water. There are some substances that do not dissolve in water.
