    NOV      2018:

    APRIL -MAY       2019

    Training learning and teaching activities in Romania "Iasi the Evergreen City". Round Table on regional problems with students and teachers and their ideas for setting up a Company with the selection of the most appropriate Business Sphere. Training activities about: Interactive competition about Europe´s Flora and Fauna. Power Point Presentations about Environmental Problems

    Preparation and shared resulting products such as photos, videos, of all the activities uploaded in eTwinning, school webs and international web.

    Updating of news and information of project progress on: international web page, social media, the eTwinning project’s journal and school web page.

    SEPT      2019:

    Communication to school communities of the continuation of Erasmus+ and the opening of the new Active Green Alliance project on eTwinning platform. Agreements and work plan at each school for 12 months’ work.

    Work plan for eTwinning and tasks in autumn:

    • Preparation for pollution debate of all international teams. Agreements, duration, topics, contents, and presentations for the learning, teaching and training activities in Poland C4
    • Didactic unit on legends connected to each territories and countries for the preparation of the presentations, format, legend quiz, graphic design, for the creation of the final product: legend book.
    • Recycling units integrated in curricula at school, departments agreements, communication to partners for preparation of the learning, teaching and training activities on the topic in Spain C5.
    • Environmental and territories didactic units and department agreements for the curricular integration, research and preparation for environmental tasks: ppt, leaflets, definitions, and final product of environmental dictionary.

    Celebration of Erasmus days. Information meetings for families at school, creation of leaflets, posters, etc…

    Dissemination for all school students of progresses, tasks and activities on etwinning/Erasmus projects on Active Green Alliance

    Preparation for teaching, learning and training activities in Poland mobility “THINK GLOBALLY – ACT LOCALLY”.  Presentation on Environmental Pollution on multimedia presentations.  Students group presentations of Legends.  Round Table & Pollution Debate. Presentation and assembling of the air pollution sensor.  Questionnaires and surveys to be prepared by local school. Last Exhibition of “Second Life Rubbish”. (details can be read on specific report).

    DEC-JAN- FEB    2019-2020:

    Work plan for eTwinning and tasks in winter tasks:

    • On line meetings between members
    • Development of next stage for the “Environmental and territories didactic units”. Online meetings, after the department agreements for the curricular integration, research and preparation for environmental task. Continuation and application of step by step procedures with student’s groups at School and later international STEM groups for the creation of products: leaflets, definitions, and final product of environmental dictionary on eTwinning.
    • Agreements for sections on eTwinning structure and pages. Contributions to project journal
    • Continuation of the recycling unit work, recollecting, organising, for the working activities at school. Follow up on the construction of the art work integrated in class curricula.
    • Learning, teaching and training activities “Sustainable tourism our way of living: travel green” mobility C5 in Spain (details can be read on specific report). 
    • Etwinning teaching and learning training sessions with eTwinning ambassador with teachers and students for the use of Twinspace. Preparation of materials, products and documentation during the C5 meeting.
    • Dissemination for all school students of progresses, tasks and activities on etwinning/Erasmus projects on Active Green Alliance
    • Updating of news and information of project progress on: international web page, social media, the eTwinning project’s journal and school web page.

    MARCH-APRIL-MAY       2020                    

    Classes were interrupted due to the pandemia

    Agreement for celebrating World Water Day with all project participants on eTwinning as an extra environmental activity. 22nd of March online event for dissemination of the project with 92 participants.

    On line meetings: on April 6th, May 4th, for taking of decisions in reference to work plan on line on eTwinning and the project.

    On line coordinators meeting for the preparation of final educational products:

    On line meeting for agreements of reprogramming Spring term due to COVID 19

    • Agreements for opening a new collaborative section on eTwinning for the sharing of good practice of students work on environmental issues.

    • Gathering of documentation for the final products under the outlines and agreements of coordinators.

    • Final online meeting on 2nd of June to agree on final steps for the project closure.
    • Final evaluation event Green Alliance on June 8th: with google docs survey completion by all project members, participation in forums, with activities concerning environmental changes during COVID and participation “My Window” activity. Students and teachers gather together in the chat room to exchange how they have coped with the confinement, and to send greetings and farewell to all the Erasmus eTwinning team.
