1. PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION

  • Active Green Alliance´s main aim is to empower all partners and individuals involved to take part in the struggle for a green world in ACTIVE ALLIANCE.  Through the cooperation of 6 participating schools, we seek to strengthen the European Identity and its commitment to Climate change and conservation. We aim to highlight the importance of continually developing good educational practices for enhancing green ethical attitudes and actions amongst students. As teachers, we have encouraged both students and teachers to work in international groups on different environmental tasks using both their language and ICT skills.  Cooperative work has been important in helping to accomplish the targeted activities and objectives.

    objectives pursued are:

-Promoting working skills development in international teams for both students and teachers

-Promoting individual responsibility for our environment

-Promoting learning and communicating skills in a foreign language,

-Promoting the use of ICT skills and encouraging innovation,

-Promoting activities and initiatives within a European dimension, connecting the project with curricular areas.

All schools have trained and updated staff focusing on  "ensuring quality inclusive and equitable education and promoting opportunities for lifelong learning for all"as one of the Sustainable Development Goals for the 2030 Agenda adopted by the United  Nations.

As part of the  European context,  we have focused on one of the  common objectives of the European Union in the Strategic Framework for Cooperation in Education and Training:  to improve the quality and efficiency of education in Europe. To achieve this objective,   we have created our Strategic Partnerships   promoting objectives  through the cooperative use of E the Erasmus+ programme and the eTwinning platform

We have planned a timeline of input projection on objectives for 12 months using evaluation tools such as project diary, surveys and data analysis to be able to extract evidence of our results.

The activities designed have looked to promote cooperation and collaboration not only at a parallel level but to create a common spirit of work in which all project participants work will form part of the results and final products. We have used a varied type of interactive and collaborative activities promoting students to take decisions, participate in the voting and final decision of logos, and participate and take leadership in the aspects of the project work  like key  research, Stem leaflets, debate management, online chat management,  selection of digital tools,  format of final products, etc.
