Architecture among nature

  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Erasmus Club in Warsaw moved to virtual class meetings that took place every week.  The kids focused on different aspects of city planning where architects try to adjust to the surroundings and create buildings that get along with the natural world around them.

Based on the analysis of Frank Lloyd Wright's "Fallingwater" house in southwestern Pennsylvania, the pupils did som research, coming up with examples of different architects who designed a number of buildings matching well with the surrounding natural world.

A number of such buildings together with the description is uploaded in the Project Materials in the form of posters.
