In their German lessons Year 7 students at Gymnasium Bad Nenndorf designed their own perfect model of a city before reading the novel “The Giver”. There were no restrictions, thus the students were completely free in creating their designs: how does everything look like (humans, houses etc.)? How are they organized? Is there a higher authority?
