World Day of Pulses was celebrated on February 10th and at our school we held a workshop with the owner and chef of a vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotics restaurant Alanda - Ms Alena Dudasova. She showed us the preparation of several meals based on chick peas and lentils which were so delicious that even the typical meat-eater said they would like to eat it again. ;)
