Just before the meeting in Slovakia, our students had the opportunity to learn how to make French macarons and tartlets with the well-known confectioner Mrs Michaela Sršňová from Mňamky-zd-rawky company. Therefore, our kitchen at Stredná odborná škola hotelých služieb a obchodu in Banská Bystrica was transformed a bit into a confectioner´s workshop.
