    Mediterranean diet

    Together with Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy and Marocco, Croatia shares the Mediterranean diet as a heritage which was included in the UNESCO list of intangible heritage of humanity in 2013.

    It should be noted that Srednja škola Bolis a participant in the Mediterranean diet Croatia-Focal point project and often promotes the Mrditerranean diet.

    Gastrocup

    Maybe you remember the boy in the photo who participated at the meeting in Pilsen. He won the 3rd place at a regional cooking competition of Gastrocup with his excellent dish consisting of young chicken and Jerusalem artichoke.
