  • Cooking of Czech cuisine

    After the meeting in the Czech Republic, our students decided to try to cook something from the delicious meals we had the opportunity to try out there. At the same time, they taught and presented them under the "baton" of our cooking teacher Olinka Kubišová to their schoolmates from the first year. The prepared meals contained "kulajda" (mushroom creamy soup), "knedlo-zelo-vepřo" (roasted pork meat with dumplings and stewed red cabbage) and "apple pie".

    Open Doors Day

    Another important event in November was the "Open Doors Day" which is held annualy for the potential future students at our school. So all of our studnets and teachers tried to present the school with all the study possibilities and future job opportunities for becoming cooks, waiters, haidressers and hotel staff. It was definitely an important occassion to make our project public among pupils and their parents and teachers from our region.
